Microsoft Loses in Eolas Patent Decision
View at PCWorld.com
University offshoot claimed IE violated its patent for embedding interactive content in Web sites.

Microsoft however are undaunted as they know that they can keep this running throught the courts for years and years. They probably are hoping that the cost to Eolas will get to such a point that they will have to drop the case. I hope not.
