Lawyer Argues for Logo With ITunes

To the classical strains of Antonio Vivaldi's 'Gloria,' Apple Computer Inc.'s lawyer Thursday argued in a high-profile British court case against the Beatles record company that iTunes simply distributes data and isn't in the music-production business.

The soundtrack to his appearance contrasted with the hearing's first day Wednesday, when a lawyer for Apple Corps, the London record company, demonstrated his points with the 1970s disco hit 'Le Freak.'
