MI6 has launched a website in a bid to raise public awareness of its role and dispel myths about the intelligence agency.
The Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) - as MI6 is also known - aims to boost its current recruitment drive through the site.
It is also hoped it will help quash 'ridiculous' conspiracy theories such as the idea that British agents murdered Princess Diana, a spokesman said.
